Over the past two weeks, I’ve become aware of problems with my office phone service and voice mail. I’d like to take a moment to apologize to all my clients, opposing counsel, and other people who have been trying to get in touch with me through that telcom vendor.
I have a new telephone number from a new vendor, listed in the footer below. Those calls should go directly to me or my voice mail.
Communication is important to me. It’s irritating and disruptive to have to change my office’s phone number, but that is far better than having people try to call me and be unable to reach me. If you are unable to leave a message for me on voice mail, or a voice mail has gone unreturned for more than a day without some contact back from me, please send me an e-mail, and please do it sooner rather than later.
I regret any inconvenience from this issue and it is my great hope that it has now been resolved. Alas, now for the expense of printing new business cards…
